How a piece is built
Lead with what happened, or with your take, then the supporting detail. The verbatim quotes you captured in the room carry the most weight:
Real, on-the-record quotes are the thing AI engines and Google News can't fabricate — they have to cite you for them.
Link out to the event or the podcast episode where a story comes up. That internal linking builds topical authority and gives new pieces a crawl path.
What goes in a dispatch:
- What you saw, firsthand
- Who said what, quoted exactly
- Why it matters, in your voice
