Privacy Policy

Another Hollywood ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. It applies to anotherhollywood.com.

The short version

We don't sell your data, we don't run tracking or advertising cookies on you, and we collect as little as possible. Our analytics are cookieless and anonymous.

Analytics

Our site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and cookieless. It measures aggregate traffic — page views, referrers, and general device and location type — without cookies and without building a profile of you. Because it sets no cookies, no consent banner is required.

When you contact or subscribe

If you email us, submit an event, pitch a story, or sign up for the newsletter, we collect the information you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, and your message or submission. We use it to respond, to consider submissions for publication, and to send the newsletter if you asked for it.

To do this we use trusted service providers, including Formspree (form submissions) and beehiiv (newsletter delivery). Your information is handled under their respective privacy policies, and we keep it only as long as we need it for these purposes.

Cookies

We do not use cookies for analytics or tracking. If that changes — for example, if we enable advertising (below) — we will update this policy.

Advertising

Another Hollywood does not currently display advertising. If we enable advertising in the future through Google AdSense, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on those visits. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your Google Ads Settings (google.com/settings/ads), or opt out of third-party vendors' use of cookies at aboutads.info.

Links to other sites

We link to venues, organizers, ticketing pages, and other third-party sites. We aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices — check their policies.

Children

Another Hollywood is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any issue. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email hello@anotherhollywood.com.

Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date above.
